My name is Craig Stanton and in April 2007 I will be on the Mexican-American border, about 50 miles east of San Diego. Facing north I will walk every step of the way to Canada along the Pacific Crest Trail. 1100 miles as the crow flies I will instead traverse 2650+ miles of majestic deserts, foothills and mountains that make up the seven national parks, nine wilderness areas and three states of the PCT. I hope to do all this before mid-October 2007 and return to New Zealand in time for what will seem to be a very lazy summer.

The Pacific Crest Trail

PCT 2007 - SunWalker

One of America's most famous long distance hiking trails the PCT goes from the Mexican border north to Canada staying about 150 miles from the coast and staying within the mountains as much as possible.
